The Palais Royale prides itself on our menu creation. Using state of the art facilities and locally produced ingredients, we always maintain a high level of quality and excellence when it comes to food creation. As well, our in–house bakery team creates amazing desserts for all functions and our Executive Chef Steffan Howard customizes almost all of our clients’ menus since the ethnic diversity that Toronto has to offer is always prevalent at many of our events.
